The Business Department is staffed with individuals who are not just numbers-savvy but also deeply committed to our mission and they meticulously manage the finances, making sure that every financial decision aligns with that mission. Their expertise ensures that resources are directed where they can make the most significant difference for our kids.

The Human Resources Department recognizes the transformational potential of every interaction within the organization. They work to create a supportive and uplifting workplace environment, ensuring that every child and staff member who walks through the doors leaves changed for the better.

The Donor Relations Department builds bridges between the Boys & Girls Clubs and those who want to invest in the future of kids. These professionals connect with corporations and major donors, enabling them to make meaningful contributions to the lives of young people in the community.

The Events and Marketing Department is the voice and face of the Boys & Girls Clubs in the Napa Valley community. Through creative marketing strategies and impactful events, they raise awareness and support for the organization, ensuring that more children and families can benefit from their services.

As the Executive Director and a former club kid myself, I’m honored to lead this team of passionate professionals at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley. I’ve seen firsthand the transformational impact of the programs and opportunities orchestrated by these incredible people and it’s my privilege to ensure that every child who walks through our doors has the same opportunity for growth and mentorship that I had.
