Become a Teen Volunteer!

Club 1515 is always looking for teens to step up and be a volunteer in the Teen Center.  The program offers great benefits to all who join, and we are always looking for more volunteers!  Please print and fill out the packet below, and return to the Napa Clubhouse.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Teen Center at (707) 255-8866 x 111, or e-mail them.
NOTE:  The teen volunteer form is different than the adult volunteer form!
